The Jungle Book

In this painting, I took on the challenge of portraying a literary character with oil paint.
This painting depicts Panther Bagheera, impeccably described by Rudyard Kipling in his classic book The Jungle Book. Along with Baloo the bear and Kaa the snake, he was the main friend and mentor of the human cub Mowgli. At the same time, he was protecting Mowgli from the tiger Sheere Khan in a forest fraught with danger.
